The Cove is open to youth this Fall through December 15th. Below are our hours:

Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm

Programming Hours

Monday - Thursday 4:30pm - 8pm

Drop-in Needs

Monday - Thursday, 9am - 5pm

Friday, by appointment

Students who need transportation can call or text our student line at (254) 207-0789.

We are following CDC guidelines to curb the spread of COVID-19. Due to the population of youth that we serve, masks are still recommended to be worn while at The Cove. (updated 09/08/22.)

COVID-19 Public Health Information

The Waco-McLennan County Public Health District has a dedicated phone line to answer your COVID-19 related questions or concerns. This phone line is for general questions only and not diagnostic-related. If you are feeling ill, please contact a healthcare provider. The number is available Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Call 254-750-1890.

The Cove is a safe space created for high-school aged youth who are experiencing homelessness. Our goals for 2021 is to commit to the care of our students, provide them with the opportunity for future stability, make them feel valued through their health, and empowering them by providing programs to help them succeed in their educational endeavors.
