The Cove is a Waco-based nonprofit designed to provide a safe space for youth experiencing homelessness to access the resources they need to thrive.

What We Do
We provide supportive resources to 14-18 year-olds in the Heart of Texas region who have no safe or settled place to live.
The resources and relationships we provide our young people with, is the support they need most. This is a firm foothold toward a better future. These vulnerable teenagers need to know that they are seen and cared for, now more than ever. The Cove strives to be a safe place where young people can thrive in any season.
Our Impact
By October of the 2022-23 school year, The Cove served 155 youth experiencing homelessness, provided over 4,000 hours of attendance recovery, and saw 16 out of 19 seniors graduate.
In September 2022 alone, we served 57 individual youth with 200+ contacts, more than doubles the service provided at the same time in 2021.
